• If you are not completely satisfied with the product, Fashna.com’s Return and Exchange policy offers you an option to return or exchange a product within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • Even you can dispatch your product for return or exchange on the 15 th  day from date of receiving.
  • Please note, in case of multiple products in an order, part refund is not acceptable. Refund of the entire order only will be entertained. 
  • Refund will be applicable only in case of single product orders.
  • In the case of multiple products order, only store credit or exchange for partial orders will be applicable. 
  • At the time of return, please make sure that product is in its original packaging along with all the accessories and tags (if fixed) intact along with the invoice.

Return and Refund Policy. 

What is Fashna’s Return and Refund Policy? 

We strive towards providing you the best customer experience. However if you’re not completely satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 15 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid. We ask that you return us the product in its original condition and unused along with the original packaging, tags and accessories. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Our products are based on metals if the product used by fire, water, oils and other liquid materials will not be applicable.

Returns, Exchange and Refunds are valid on all the orders. In Cash on Delivery Orders we have incurred a COD charge of Rs 49. COD charge will not be deducted if: 

  1. The product you wish to return has quality issue or material issue. 

COD charge will be deducted if: 

  1. The product you wish to return that has any issue other than material/quality. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it goes under a thorough quality check. If the product passes the quality check process, the refund/store credit is processed.

Will you pick up returns from my home/office? 

Of course! We take care of all necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location. If we’re unable to provide for a pickup in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice. We will refund your shipping charges as well. After shipped, You will be required to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to our customer care at support@Fashna.com or you can drop me a snap click of courier receipt on our whatsapp number +91-8989561885 along with order id.

How long will the return process take?

Once you’ve placed a return request with our customer care, it usually takes up to 48 hours to have the product to get picked up from your location. The product once received at our warehouse undergoes a quality check which takes up to 24 hours. As soon as the product passes the inspection, a refund/store credit is processed.


How will I receive my Refund?

In case of prepaid returns, the amount will be credited back into your account within 2-3 working days after the product has passed the quality check process. However, in case of COD returns, the refund can take up to 7-10 days.


If I return a product on my own, do I get back the shipping charges?

You can exchange almost everything if you are not 100% satisfied.

What items can I buy in exchange?

You can purchase any product of your liking. However, the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items. How soon will be the exchanged product delivered? Exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned product has passed the quality check. Normal delivery schedule apply for the delivery of exchanged products as well. However, if there’s a delay, we will keep you informed via email and SMS.


Will I be charged for exchange?

Exchanges are free of cost! But if you choose a product of higher value, the difference will have to be incurred by you.
