Six days a week works out
Before the artist’s once-in-a-lifetime performance, Anna Kaiser, Shakira’s trainer, and close friend spoke with several newspapers about the artist’s fitness regimen. Every day is different, she said, because she wants to be sure she is ready not only for the Super Bowl but also for each day as it comes.
The physical demands of the next workday affect how she exercises. She changes it up constantly
