Tanmaya’s Early Life And Qualification
Her inspiration comes from her college days at Delhi University. When she was doing her history honours and had more of a keen interest in Art and Architecture. She loved sketching and designing dresses in the back of her books and notebooks. She didn’t realise when these doodles became her passion. The colours and depiction of paintings gave her the inspiration to work in this field.
It was her passion and love that got her into this field and made her start her own label. Her passion gave her recognition, thereby empowering several other women and men working with her and under her, be it her weavers or women artisans.
Starting the Label Tanmaya Dwivedi was not easy, it was a lot of work and difficulties that had to be solved and move on. The only way she didn’t give up and went on was because of her passion and the need to prove herself and make a name for herself. In the end, hard work always pays, maybe not today or tomorrow or even the day after, but it will at some point.
The Asian Culture runway
The Asian Couture Runway 2022 show was being organized by Vinay Kundu, Directed and Choreographed by Vipin Agarwal and Liza Verma. And it being creatively Directed & managed by Rajdeep Roy. More than 12 designers from all over the country participated and showcased their latest Collection.
Celebrity Designer from Mumbai, Sumit Dasgupta did the Grand Opening of the show. Finale Designer Tanmaya Dwivedi along with the support of Manish Tripathi concluded the show. Some of the other names are Mukesh Dubey, Sanjay Mittal, Santanu Bose, Kingshuk Bhaduri, Kanchan Roy, Khushi Chauhan, Divyanshi, Sufi Sabri, Amit Chauhan (Dulhaghar)are few names.
Fashion is All About Blend of Heritage With Modern Styles
Every Designer collection was eye-catchy, Innovative and Represented the Truly Blend of Heritage with Modern styles. Some of the best-known models of the Country also walked the Ramp. The show Sponsors were Travel Partner Pinnacle Air Pvt. Ltd, Alpha Choice India, Benelli, Universal Indian Entertainment productions, Pachouli, Club Mahindra and Rammo Entertainments. The Celebrity Show stoppers were Zuber K khan & Prathamesh Maulingkar who walked the ramp for Sumit Dasgupta and Kingshuk Bhaduri respectively.
Even though Dwivedi lost first place to Sumit Das Gupta, she still won hearts and bagged the second position. Everyone appreciated her work.
Tanmaya Dwivedi Fashion Line Collection
The famous fashion designer, Tanmaya Dwivedi landed in Hyderabad. She showcased her fashion line at an event that took place on February 25 at Park Hyatt, Banjara Hills. After the successful show at Dehradun where everyone loved her designs.
Everyone loved her designs in Hyderabad as well and became the topic of discussion immediately. The designer was so happy with the response from the city of Nizams. The Hyderabad show not only own the hearts of the people but also increased the sale of her label which is great for the business.
Talking about her designs, the Varanasi-based designer mentioned that they are for conscious beings. The creation is a conscious development since there are a number of women artisans and weavers involved directly with her work.
